Torres Wedding 2026

Bring your debit card and a international-fee-free credit card for your Japan trip. You will mostly use your credit card for everything however, if you need cash, you can use your debit card at any 7-11 ATM for a small fee.

 

Please do not bring large luggage up to the mountain. Pack a small bag for overnight that can sit on your lap due to the limited size in the shuttles.

Please try to leave your main luggage with your

last or your next hotel accommodations  (front desk storage).

This will also make travel to the wedding area much more pleasant.

They are normally very accommodating with this request.

Please be aware that tattoos in the public onsen are prohibited.

For the wedding hotel, please keep in mind that these are small town hotels, so

please respect the vibe while traversing through the public spaces.

Once you get to the wedding venue, feel free to be yourself! Don't worry!

The morning of the wedding (after check out and before boarding the shuttle), we suggest making a nearby konbini run (7-11, etc) to stock up

on snacks to leave in the mini fridge inside your cabin.

​

We will be providing late night fare and a little care-package in each cabin with water, canned coffee, and a snack.

However, we still suggest picking up at least a breakfast snack

for the next morning or anything else you think you may need.

​

(Make sure to pack ibuprofen because Japanese headache

medicine is extremely under-powered)

​

There is also a lunch buffet available for purchase at Wisteria, located inside of the Kofu Kinenbi Hotel. 

(The main reason why we planned for the shuttles to pick up from there.)

The next meal will be sushi accompanying cocktail hour, served at 3pm.

​​

When you arrive to the venue, you will be shown to your cabin

to store your items. Cabin check in starts at 12pm.

​

Check out of the cabins at the wedding venue is 10am.There will be campground showers available to use the morning after the wedding,

so please plan accordingly. 

You can get your towel from Takeru when you arrive/check-in to your cabin.

We will have taxis and/or shuttles waiting at the Northland Gift Shop near the cabins starting at 10:30am~

Everything in the gift shop is handmade on the mountain by local artisans including handmade pottery and jewelry. There is also a house sommelier there if you'd like to pick up any local wine to bring home. 

It's the best place to get souvenirs ;)

If you are looking to spend more time in Kofu on

Friday the 11th or Sunday the 13th, we suggest going to the

Shosenkyo gorge, Suntory Tomi no Oka Winery

and Hottarakashi Onsen (an outdoor tattoo-friendly onsen).
